Privacy Policy
How we handle information submitted through DataDealPilot.
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Who we are
DataDealPilot is a data licensing advisory service operated by Logic Square Technologies. The contact point for this website is support@datadealpilot.com. Our stated business location is San Carlos, California, USA.
What information we collect
When you contact us or submit an inquiry, we may receive your name, work email, telephone number if you supply it, company, website, job role, the categories and approximate scale of assets you describe, your referral source, your message, and your scheduling preferences. Standard website and hosting infrastructure may collect technical information such as IP address, browser data and request logs necessary to operate and protect the site. Please do not submit raw code, passwords, candidate CVs, customer records or other personal datasets in initial forms.
How we use information
We use inquiry details to reply, assess whether a licensing opportunity or referral partnership may be suitable, coordinate introductions and commercial discussions you request, maintain correspondence, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not treat an inquiry as permission to send your code or datasets to a buyer. Sharing asset details for buyer evaluation requires a separate agreed process and appropriate authority.
Who may receive information
Relevant members of our operating team and the providers used for website hosting, email delivery, security and form processing may handle necessary information. We may share specific inquiry details with professional advisers as necessary, or as required by law. We do not publish your private inquiry submissions. If a licensing discussion advances, the parties should separately agree what can be disclosed to prospective buyers and on what terms.
Legal bases and international transfers
Where laws require a legal basis, we may process inquiry data to respond to your request, take steps toward a potential agreement, pursue legitimate operational interests, comply with legal obligations, or act on consent where appropriate. Because inquiries may be handled across countries, information may be processed outside your country subject to applicable safeguards and contractual arrangements.
Retention and security
We aim to retain inquiry correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose received, reasonably related recordkeeping and applicable legal requirements. We use practical organisational and technical controls appropriate to the information involved; no online service is completely risk-free. Please use email to request a secure sharing arrangement before sending sensitive files.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, seek correction or deletion, or withdraw applicable consent. We will consider requests under the privacy laws that apply to your circumstances; some legal or recordkeeping exceptions may apply. You may choose not to provide optional fields, although we may then be unable to assess an inquiry.
Cookies and analytics
Read our Cookie Policy for site technologies and available controls. The design package does not include analytics tracking scripts; any analytics or embedded scheduling provider used at launch must be accurately disclosed before activation.
Children
This business service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit their personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect service or legal changes. The effective date above identifies this version. For privacy questions and requests, contact support@datadealpilot.com.
