License your code and data to AI companies.
AI companies evaluate high-quality code, project histories and business data for training and other permitted uses. We help software agencies, SaaS founders and businesses in India and beyond assess their rights, find suitable buyer opportunities and negotiate licence terms. You remain in control of what you approve.
Built for businesses that own valuable code or data.
We start with ownership and licensing eligibility, not assumptions about what you can sell.
Software agencies
Years of delivery repositories? We help distinguish company-owned code and tools from IP owned by clients before considering licensing.
SaaS companies
Proprietary product code, change histories and documentation may be valuable independently of customer information.
Data-rich businesses
Operational records, structured datasets and document histories may be eligible when rights, privacy and confidentiality permit.
Valuable data deserves more than a single offer.
Data licensing is more than uploading files. Ownership, buyer fit, exclusivity, technical evaluation, and settlement terms all influence what a transaction is worth to you.
Understand your assets
Identify repositories, archives, and business records that may qualify for licensing, including ownership and use restrictions.
Explore data categories →Explore buyer channels
Compare appropriate licensing routes rather than depending on one marketplace, using the rights and commercial terms that matter.
Understand the process →Retain decision-making control
Review proposals, clarify fees, and approve which assets are shared, with whom, and on what licensing terms.
Learn about licensing →From data inventory to licensing decisions.
A guided commercial process designed to reduce busywork without bypassing your rights, approvals, or legal obligations.
Tell us what you own
Share an outline of your datasets, systems, history, and restrictions. No raw-data upload is required to start.
Assess licensing readiness
Review inventory and technical characteristics, rights, data quality, and potential buyer fit.
Review suitable opportunities
Consider the commercial offer, exclusivity scope, licensing conditions, and timing.
Approve before you license
Choose which buyers receive your data and sign agreements only after reviewing the terms.
Aligned with your outcome, not an upfront invoice.
For qualifying direct-buyer transactions, our standard seller-side success fee is 20% of completed gross licensing proceeds. This includes any seller-paid share attributable to a sourcing affiliate.
For other channels, a different fee or marketplace split may apply. We explain the applicable structure before you authorize submission, so you can compare expected net proceeds.
Understand our fees →Beyond code repositories.
We consider a wide range of business-owned digital assets. Eligibility depends on ownership, permissions, privacy, quality, and current buyer demand.

Partner with DataDealPilot to introduce qualified data owners to a structured licensing process. Approved sourcing partners can earn an agreed success commission when qualifying deals close.
A separate one-time $1,000 reward is available for introducing a new affiliate who completes their first qualifying successful transaction.

We work with software agency owners, technology advisors, consultants, business brokers and operators who know companies with digital assets they may be entitled to license.
We review each introduction individually. Commission terms are confirmed in the partner agreement.
Common questions about data licensing
Can I license code developed for clients?
Only when you have the necessary legal rights and permissions. Client contracts, IP assignments, third-party dependencies and confidentiality restrictions require review.
What does non-exclusive licensing mean?
Non-exclusive licensing can allow a rights holder to license eligible assets to multiple buyers, subject to the precise agreement, restrictions, and any prior commitments.
Do I choose who sees my data?
Yes. Buyers should receive a dataset only after you authorize that particular evaluation or submission and its scope.
Do I need to upload data to get started?
No. Start by describing the type, approximate volume, history, and rights status of your assets. More detailed evaluation follows appropriate agreements and authorization.
Discover what your data could be worth.
Tell us what you have. We will help assess whether there is a practical, rights-cleared licensing opportunity and explain the next steps.
