Supported data sources

Your data lives in more than one place.

We help identify, inventory and prepare rights-cleared digital assets from common development, cloud, database and business platforms.

Explore source categories

For communications, CRM, ATS and other person-level records, personal information must be excluded unless it is lawfully de-identified or documented rights permit licensing. See eligibility guidance.

Each category has different export, retention and licensing requirements.

Five questions we ask about each source

This helps avoid wasting your time on irrelevant exports.

01

History

How long have you used it and what period is retained?

02

Volume

Approximately how many records, files or projects exist?

03

Participants

Was it used internally, with clients or with third parties?

04

Language

What languages are represented, including mixed-language records?

05

Other platforms

What systems were used before, after or alongside this one?

Not every dataset is licensable

Ownership and permissions matter more than file count.

Client-owned code, personal data, confidential communications and third-party content may require additional rights review or complete exclusion. We do not assume that export access equals a right to sell or license the contents.

Not sure what your portfolio contains?
