Our process
A guided path from assets to licensing opportunities.
We combine technical preparation and commercial representation so owners can evaluate transactions without surrendering control.
How a transaction progresses
A clear sequence, with approval required before major steps.
Tell us what you own
Register your portfolio overview and explain data sources, ownership and constraints.
Build a rights-cleared inventory
Select relevant assets, flag restrictions and prepare buyer-specific technical summaries.
Approve buyer approaches
Choose suitable channels and explicitly authorize particular submissions.
Compare offers and licensing rights
Consider gross price, fees, payment timing, exclusivity, permitted uses and future opportunity.
Sign only what you accept
Review and sign final buyer agreements when the terms work for you.
Get paid
Receive payment under the signed licence agreement, with agreed fees and net proceeds confirmed in writing.
How we assess offers
Highest headline price is not always the best commercial outcome.
Net proceeds
We compare the amount you would retain after all agreed fees, not simply the headline offer.
License scope
We evaluate exclusivity, future relicensing potential, buyer obligations and transaction restrictions.
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you share any information.
Is my data automatically sent to buyers?
No. Buyer approaches and disclosure must follow your permissions and any agreements you sign.
What happens if there is no acceptable offer?
You are not required to accept an offer. Terms governing any completed work or expenses should be disclosed in the seller agreement.
Can I license one asset to multiple buyers?
Possibly, if the rights and applicable licenses permit it. Exclusive grants must not conflict.
Start with an inventory discussion.
No need to upload a full codebase just to make an initial inquiry.
